ein. Damit setzt sich als weltweiter Disc-Standard für Video in hoher Auflösung das Konkurrenz- Format Blu-ray durch. Hinter Blu-ray stehen Elektronik-Riesen wie Sony, Panasonic oder Philips. Allerdings gehen Experten davon aus, dass in Zukunft immer mehr Filme nicht auf Silberscheiben, sondern direkt durch Internet-Downloads vertrieben werden.
